About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end design process: discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation
Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative research (interviews, usability tests, perception tests, surveys)
Translate data and learnings into actionable insights to inform product evolution
Validate hypotheses through experimentation (A/B tests, prototypes, MVPs)
Work collaboratively with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders
Analyze user behavior data (funnel, conversion, engagement) to support decision-making
Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
Ensure consistency and quality of the user experience
Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and design processes
Communicate design decisions clearly, in a structured and results-oriented manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as a Product Designer on digital products (preferably e-commerce or high-scale platforms)
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods
Experience with usability testing, perception testing, and solution validation
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting product data and metrics
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma)
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
Ability to structure and validate product hypotheses
Experience using AI tools applied to design and productivity
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
