About the role

  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex global projects, including ERP system migrations (SAP ECC/S/4HANA) and information security.
  • Define methodologies (Hybrid: Agile + Waterfall), implement performance KPIs, and ensure adherence to audit and compliance processes (SOX / LGPD - Brazilian Data Protection Law).
  • Maintain strict control of budgets (CapEx / OpEx), milestone-based billing, P&L analysis, and direct reporting to executive committees (COMEX).
  • Serve as a facilitator between technical and business areas, managing expectations and mitigating risks in high-pressure and digital transformation environments.
  • Lead and develop teams of consultants, developers, and data specialists, promoting agile rituals (Scrum, PI Planning).

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years in IT project management, with proven experience at large companies and international-scale projects.
  • Technical and methodological certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Agile certifications: PSM I, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
  • Security and governance certifications: ISO 27001, ITIL, or certifications related to LGPD / Data Privacy.
  • Advanced proficiency with tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, and SAP Activate.
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS) and data architecture.
  • Advanced / fluent English (required for reporting and global projects); Spanish is desirable.
