About the role
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for systems integrated with Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework and API automation tools.
- Perform manual testing within Salesforce, validating integrations and critical flows.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum), contributing to product evolution and overall delivery quality.
- Gather and prepare test data with different areas, ensuring test scenarios are complete and realistic.
- Log and track bugs and enhancements using Jira.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to understand impacts and requirements — a plus but not mandatory.
- Ensure that quality standards and best practices are followed across all tests and deliveries.
Requirements
- Experience as a QA, working on manual and automated testing.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce (testing and validations).
- API automation (REST/SOAP) using modern tools/frameworks.
- Robot Framework (developing and maintaining scripts).
- Experience with Jira for task and bug management.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and participation in ceremonies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of customer service processes.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial sector.
