About the role
- Lead strategic Human Resources projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, scopes, costs, and quality.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors, ensuring deliveries meet deadlines and established standards.
- Implement project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.) adapted to the HR context.
- Manage risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Promote integration between business areas and HR, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Conduct status meetings and alignment workshops with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Human Resources, or related areas is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on HR initiatives (e.g., implementation of payroll systems, performance management, benefits, organizational culture).
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification required; Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Executive communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent or advanced English for interaction with global teams and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proactivity, resilience, and ability to work in dynamic, high-complexity environments.
- Results-oriented with a focus on innovation in people management.
