About the role

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 11, including plugins, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Perform advanced customizations in CRM 11 using languages such as C# and JavaScript.
  • Create and maintain APIs and services for integration with other platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Participate in defining technical solutions, proposing improvements and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of developed solutions by applying secure development best practices.
  • Prepare technical documentation to support maintenance and evolution of solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of requirements and effectiveness in deliveries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in development and customization on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 11.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API.
  • Experience with integrations between enterprise systems.
  • Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Azure tools (Application Insights, Service Bus, Event Grid).
  • Experience with earlier versions such as CRM 4.0 and familiarity with CRM 365 is a plus.
