About the role
- Plan, monitor, and ensure the execution of projects aligned with the company's strategic guidelines.
- Support the development and maintenance of the project roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
- Organize and prioritize deliverables considering deadlines, dependencies, and team capacity.
- Monitor performance indicators (schedule, scope, costs, and quality), proposing adjustments when necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when applicable.
- Ensure clear and structured communication among internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead project follow-up ceremonies and governance rituals.
- Support defining success metrics and monitor delivery outcomes.
- Contribute analyses and inputs to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, PMO, or in a similar project management role.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional project management practices.
- Experience monitoring project schedules, risks, and budgets.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
- Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders.
