About the role

  • Serve as the Design reference within the product, ensuring visual, structural, and strategic consistency of solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, scalable, and sustainable product solutions.
  • Work closely with business, technology, and product stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Lead discovery activities, structure problems, and propose directions before moving to visual execution.
  • Work on high information-density products, organizing content with clarity, hierarchy, and legibility.
  • Develop and maintain visual and structural patterns that promote scalability and consistency.
  • Contribute to the creation and governance of Design Systems and component libraries.
  • Support prioritization of initiatives based on impact, effort, and value to users and the business.
  • Drive strategic thinking about the product, balancing long-term vision with pragmatism.
  • Ensure clear documentation of design decisions and alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer on complex digital products.
  • Strong business understanding and ability to communicate with non-technical teams.
  • Experience collaborating directly with strategic stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, scalable organization, and documentation).
  • Strong Information Design skills and experience organizing complex content.
  • Analytical ability to structure problems and propose evidence-based solutions.
  • Clear, structured communication with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Autonomy, ownership mindset, and responsibility for the impact of deliveries.
  • Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders and high criticality.
  • Balance between strategic thinking and excellence in execution.
