About the role

  • Lead in-person squads, organizing agile rituals (planning, grooming, daily stand-up, retro, review)
  • Participate in defining the future journey, product mission and OKRs
  • Prioritize the backlog (MVP1 and product backlog) together with the PO
  • Ensure sprint execution, manage risks and remove impediments
  • Define and train the team in methodologies, management tools and the use of Azure DevOps (sprint organization/planning)
  • Oversee technical development aligned with architecture, security, infrastructure, governance and data & analytics guidelines
  • Interface with other IT areas (ecosystems, squads and guilds)
  • Report sprint status weekly
  • Manage vendors and resources required for the product
  • Evaluate market solutions vs. in-house development vs. hybrid approaches
  • Lead go-live of MVP1 (prototype, pilot, rollout, data loads, training)
  • Support the product in production, ensuring performance and fixing critical bugs
  • Evolve the product roadmap and lead new MVPs

Requirements

  • Degree in a technology-related field and knowledge of the production domain
  • Solid experience in project management and leading squads
  • Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft Project Professional, PWA and Project Online for calculating metrics such as IDP, IDC and critical path
  • 'AI First' culture to increase productivity
  • Familiarity with Generative AI (GitHub Copilot, LLMs, AI agents)
  • Knowledge of programming languages to be able to communicate and provide input with the technical team
