About the role

  • Design intuitive and efficient experiences for complex web applications.
  • Create navigation flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user journeys.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and UI teams to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and influence decisions based on data and UX best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer on web application projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
  • Knowledge of information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and user feedback into effective design solutions.
  • Experience with Design Systems.
  • Knowledge of UI Design.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean UX).
  • Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing.
