About the role
- Provide technical leadership to the squad, ensuring technical quality and delivery of activities
- Serve as the strategic technical bridge between the development team and the client’s manager
- Define and enforce architecture standards, Clean Code practices, and test coverage (TDD)
- Make critical technical decisions to unblock development of the credit processing pipeline
- Conduct code reviews and guide the team through complex integration and performance challenges
- Ensure the stability and evolution of the environment: approximately 80% Back-end (.NET) and 20% Front-end (Angular)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role
- Strong background in .NET development (Core and Framework)
- Knowledge of Angular to guide the team on front-end demands
- Deep experience in Financial Institutions (mandatory)
- Proficiency in SQL Server and data modeling for credit
- Expertise in RESTful API architecture and Windows Services
- Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and GitFlow
- Strong command of design patterns and scalable system architecture
- Experience with TDD and integration testing
- Knowledge of banking credit: understanding of credit processing workflows, risk analysis, and limit controls
- Experience modernizing banking systems to the Cloud
