About the role

  • Act as an execution-focused contributor in developing APIs using Python (Flask or FastAPI).
  • Implement and maintain worker logic for asynchronous processing.
  • Build user interfaces and forms in React, using Context API for state management.
  • Work with data in PostgreSQL, using JSONB columns to handle outputs from AI models (LLMs).
  • Support the senior team in maintaining the squad's delivery cadence.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python (Flask or FastAPI).
  • Front-end development with React.js.
  • Proficiency with React Context API.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL).
  • Programming logic related to Workers/Queues.
  • Experience handling JSON files/fields.
  • Familiarity with consuming AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, LangChain).
  • Basic knowledge of JSONB handling in Postgres.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker.
  • Execution-oriented profile: focus on productivity and resolving backlog tasks.
  • Quick learning ability: ease in adopting new stacks and tools.
  • Teamwork: good communication to report progress to seniors.
