About the role
- Define and implement the automated testing strategy for the new Credit pipeline.
- Develop automated test scripts for APIs (back-end) and user interfaces (front-end).
- Ensure the quality of deliveries under tight delivery windows, integrating tests into the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with developers to promote a quality culture from the start of the cycle (shift-left testing).
- Perform regression testing, integration testing, and ensure data integrity when analyzing limits.
- Identify, document, and track resolution of business-critical bugs.
Requirements
- Strong experience in API test automation (REST).
- Proficiency with front-end test tools such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright (Angular).
- Experience with testing frameworks in the .NET (C#) ecosystem.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (QA pipelines).
- Experience with database testing (SQL Server).
- Experience working in Financial Institutions.
- Experience with the testing pyramid and integration testing.
- Knowledge of Bank Credit: understanding of lending pipeline workflows and credit limits.
- Experience with performance/load testing.
- Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player with conflict-resolution ability.
- Ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented (financial workflows).
