About the role
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the business.
- Develop and execute complex SQL scripts to extract, join, and manipulate large volumes of data.
- Monitor routines, overseeing the daily execution of technical routines and data processes, ensuring the integrity and availability of information.
- Monitor and evaluate technical indicators (system performance, data quality) and business metrics (sales, deliveries, customer satisfaction).
- Support the monitoring and assessment of delivery operation processes and outcomes, including:
- Monitoring operator availability and performance.
- Analysis of payments and operational costs.
- Monitoring service levels provided to customers (SLAs).
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support decision-making for Operations and Business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Engineering (Production, Computer, etc.), Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in data analysis, focused on extracting, manipulating, and interpreting large volumes of information.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex queries, creating views, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools.
- Preferred: knowledge and experience with the Snowflake platform; experience with programming languages for data analysis (Python or R); familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); experience or knowledge of e-commerce, delivery, or quick commerce operations.
