About the role

  • Plan, execute and monitor strategic IT projects, working closely and collaboratively with business areas and technical teams.
  • Lead the full implementation process for new units, from requirements analysis through to production go-live.
  • Evaluate, prioritize and execute operational requests and projects, including:
  • Operational improvements
  • System enhancements
  • Platform integrations
  • Process automation
  • Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with corporate needs and the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Work on IT projects focused on financial systems, process automation, and legal and regulatory adjustments, including initiatives related to tax reform.
  • Ensure projects are executed within schedule, scope, budget, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote clear communication, risk management, and appropriate governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent (including in areas not directly related to IT).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience acting as a project manager or business manager.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall).
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Prince2, or similar).
  • MBA or specialization in Projects, Management, or related areas.
