About the role
- Plan, execute and monitor strategic IT projects, working closely and collaboratively with business areas and technical teams.
- Lead the full implementation process for new units, from requirements analysis through to production go-live.
- Evaluate, prioritize and execute operational requests and projects, including:
- Operational improvements
- System enhancements
- Platform integrations
- Process automation
- Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with corporate needs and the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Work on IT projects focused on financial systems, process automation, and legal and regulatory adjustments, including initiatives related to tax reform.
- Ensure projects are executed within schedule, scope, budget, and compliance requirements.
- Promote clear communication, risk management, and appropriate governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent (including in areas not directly related to IT).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience acting as a project manager or business manager.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall).
- Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Prince2, or similar).
- MBA or specialization in Projects, Management, or related areas.
