About the role

  • Create and maintain APIs that power our platform and assistants.
  • Develop internal applications in Streamlit, ensuring robustness and usability for business teams.
  • Build autonomous agents in Python to perform transactional tasks and complex automations.
  • Serve as a technical reviewer for Python scripts developed by business teams, ensuring security, quality, and standardization prior to release.
  • Develop asynchronous processing routines (workers/functions on Azure) to handle large volumes of data and requests.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Experience building APIs.
  • Experience with RPA.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Software engineering practices: Git, automated testing, and code review.
  • Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, Agent architectures and large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LlamaIndex and LangChain (nice to have).
  • Experience developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Tools and MCP (nice to have).
  • Experience with Streamlit for front-end development (nice to have).
  • Experience with asynchronous, parallel processing and queuing systems (nice to have).
  • Data manipulation with Pandas (nice to have).
  • Experience with low-code tools (especially n8n) (nice to have).
  • Experience automating for SAP HANA (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with GCP and/or Azure DevOps (nice to have).
