About the role

  • Execute financial reconciliations of payment transactions (cards, PIX (instant payments), boletos (payment slips), etc.).
  • Analyze discrepancies between:
  • - Transactional systems
  • - Financial reports
  • - Bank statements
  • Use Excel intensively for:
  • - Data cross-checking
  • - Value verification
  • - Identification of inconsistencies
  • Produce operational evidence of work performed, including:
  • - System screenshots
  • - Report screenshots
  • - Organizing files according to client-defined standards
  • Rigorously follow the client's operational procedures and internal controls
  • Work with high volumes of data and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and traceability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with financial or accounting reconciliation.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, including:
  • - VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • - PivotTables
  • - Conditional formulas
  • - Organizing and handling large volumes of data
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organized and methodical profile.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and a high operational volume.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams.
  • Sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
