About the role

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring focus on value, ROI and user experience
  • Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear, well-refined epics, features and user stories
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business, technology, UX and stakeholders
  • Conduct refinements, sprint planning, reviews and other agile ceremonies
  • Ensure adherence to agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models)
  • Operate in high-complexity environments with multiple teams and dependencies
  • Monitor product metrics (OKRs, KPIs, NPS, value and usage metrics)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements, especially in the financial/insurance sector
  • Support strategic decisions based on data, analysis and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, focused on digital products
  • Strong knowledge of Agility and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
  • Experience with large-scale projects and products in the financial market
  • Practical experience or strong understanding of the insurance market
  • Proven ability to prioritize by value and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic vision and analytical capability
  • Specific experience with digital insurance products (policies, claims, underwriting, billing, digital channels, etc.)
  • Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM or similar
  • Experience with OKRs, continuous discovery and product metrics
  • Experience in regulated environments with corporate governance
  • Experience with complex integrations and legacy systems (core systems)
