About the role

  • Design and evolve solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance and maintainability
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, supporting design decisions, coding standards and best practices
  • Monitor and actively participate in the technical implementation of solutions
  • Contribute to the definition of cloud architectures (AWS and Microsoft Azure)
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, code quality and engineering best practices
  • Support the technical definition of epics, user stories and estimates with agile teams
  • Perform code reviews, assist with troubleshooting and help resolve complex issues
  • Work collaboratively with architects, Product Owners, project managers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical environment and development practices
  • Support observability, automation, CI/CD and security initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Lead or in an equivalent technical role
  • Proven experience in large-scale, high-complexity projects
  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture and system design
  • Solid experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, APIs, microservices)
  • Good knowledge of PHP
  • Good knowledge of React and Angular
  • Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience with GitHub (version control, code review, pipelines)
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data consumption or support for data visualization
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI tools to support development
  • Preferred / Nice to have:
  • Experience with microservices architectures, event-driven systems or RESTful APIs
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and infrastructure as code
  • Knowledge of application security and cloud security
  • Experience in corporate or regulated environments
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure or .NET
