About the role

  • Standardize the visual and structural design of medical reports, taking into account different types of exams and their combinations.
  • Create and evolve scalable templates that reduce the need for constant re-creation.
  • Work extensively with graphic design, typography, visual hierarchy, legibility, and information organization.
  • Translate complex problems into clear, consistent, and reusable solutions.
  • Use Figma for creating, documenting, and organizing components, styles, and variants.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and medical teams to understand constraints, needs, and opportunities.
  • Challenge the current setup and prompt reflections on possible product evolutions without losing present pragmatism.
  • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with existing standards and guidelines (or help build them).

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer working on digital products.
  • Strong skills in graphic design applied to product (layout, typography, hierarchy, content readability).
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, file organization).
  • Ability to understand the problem before jumping to solutions.
  • Good communication skills to engage with different profiles (technical, product, medical).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems, form hypotheses, and propose approaches.
  • Attention to detail and a concern for visual and functional quality.
  • Ability to move effectively between execution and critical thinking.
  • Sensitivity to balance technical, medical, and user experience requirements.
  • A keen eye for patterns, scalability, and long-term impact.
  • Willingness to challenge the team with thoughtful questions, even when the answer isn’t yet clear.
