- Prepare functional and technical documentation to support systems development.
- Map processes and propose improvements aligned with the organization's strategy.

- Gather and analyze requirements with business areas.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation to support systems development.
- Map processes and propose improvements aligned with the organization's strategies.
- Act as a bridge between users, the technical team, and management, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Validate system deliveries, ensuring adherence to the gathered requirements.
- Support functional testing and solution validation/acceptance.
- Contribute to defining standards and best practices for functional analysis.
- Participate in project planning and follow-up meetings.

- Strong experience in requirements analysis, needs assessment, and functional specification.
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

- Experience with requirements and documentation management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Enterprise Architect).
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, detailed technical specifications.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders across different areas.
- Business analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
- Experience in digital transformation projects and integration of complex systems.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Experience in multicultural environments or international projects.
- Familiarity with BI and Data Analytics tools.
- Ability to work on highly complex projects and in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, telecom).
