About the role

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic projects aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, quality, and budget.
  • Proactively manage risks, changes, and stakeholders.
  • Lead teams, fostering engagement and high performance.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations for the board and senior management.
  • Implement governance best practices and management methodologies.
  • Act as a facilitator between business and technology areas.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Recognized certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, SAFe) are a plus.
  • Experience in digital transformation and innovation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of portfolio and program management is a plus.
  • Ability to work in highly complex and rapidly changing environments is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial, healthcare, telecommunications) is a plus.
