About the role

  • Practically, this person will have as their main responsibility to technically lead Salesforce projects, ensuring quality, scalability and alignment with best practices.
  • Technically lead the development team, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
  • Serve as a point of reference for technical decisions and resolution of complex problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ensure the team follows agile methodologies and uses tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining a hands-on profile in critical moments.
  • Guide the team in the configuration and development of Salesforce components.
  • Actively participate in technical planning and definition of solution architecture.
  • Ensure high integration and performance standards across backend and frontend components.

Requirements

  • For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
  • Excellent ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce DX, Salesforce APIs).
  • Knowledge of tools such as Visual Studio Code and Salesforce CLI.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend development.
  • Solid experience in development within the Salesforce platform (frontend and backend).
  • Advanced experience in REST APIs, Salesforce security, architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) for hybrid integrations.
  • Knowledge of React and componentization best practices.
  • Experience with unit testing and E2E testing.
  • DevOps culture and experience with CI/CD, automated pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
