About the role
- Support the DevOps team in day-to-day activities, always under the guidance and supervision of more experienced analysts.
- Assist in executing operational routines in Linux environments.
- Help create, run, and maintain simple scripts (primarily in bash).
- Provide basic support in Cloud environments, learning infrastructure concepts, services, and best practices.
- Support activities related to deployments, monitoring, and environment maintenance.
- Participate in tracking and handling tickets and operational requests.
- Follow DevOps processes, standards, and best practices, with a focus on learning and technical development.
- Maintain clear communication with the team, always seeking to learn and grow.
Requirements
- Desirable (Bonus)
- Basic knowledge of Access Management.
- Basic understanding of ITSM (processes, tickets, incidents).
- Willingness to learn and develop in the DevOps area.
- Interest in working with technology, automation, and infrastructure environments.
- Organized, responsible, and strong communication skills.
- Collaborative profile and open to feedback.
