About the role
- Guide developers with a clear, well-defined vision of development best practices and quality standards for code delivery;
- Track major issues and pursue new solutions, including coding when necessary;
- Actively participate in key Scrum ceremonies;
- Ensure the team adheres to the company's development standards;
- Maintain constant, transparent communication with the team and other areas of the organization;
- Communicate the team's needs to client managers and FCamara leadership so everyone moves in the same direction;
- Assist in preparing the Product Owner documentation that will serve as the basis for developers to start their work;
- Monitor team and solution metrics, supporting continuous improvement;
- Act as a team motivator through leading by example and knowledge sharing;
- Serve as the bridge between the technical team and the business stakeholders;
- Participate in gathering client requirements and perform technical project estimations;
- Architect and document technical and process solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in development with Java (8, 11, 17), Python, Node.js, React, and Vue.js;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration;
- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and SQS;
- Knowledge of Jenkins and RabbitMQ;
- Deep understanding of different system architecture types, including monolithic, microservices, serverless, and others;
- Experience developing and integrating APIs;
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL and MongoDB);
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD;
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure.
