About the role
- Work across the full product design lifecycle, from discovery through continuous iteration.
- Conduct and support user research, including with pharmacists, clinical teams and regulatory stakeholders.
- Create and evolve navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes and final interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, accessibility and usability best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineering, data, QA and regulatory teams.
- Document design decisions and maintain design systems or component libraries.
- Support usability testing and validation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure visual consistency, clarity of use and a strong user experience in complex digital products.
Requirements
- Experience in UX design applied to complex digital products. Experience in UI design with a focus on clarity, accessibility and usability.
- Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma.
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes and design systems.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Information architecture. Practical knowledge of digital accessibility. Ability to work with data-driven products and complex flows.
- Product Designer with experience in medium- to high-complexity digital products, comfortable in regulated environments, with a focus on quality, safety and clarity.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies, healthtechs, biotech or other regulated environments.
- Experience with clinical systems, prescribing platforms, medical or patient portals.
- Knowledge of LGPD and handling sensitive personal data.
- Experience designing for internal systems.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive digital experiences.
- Analytical and strategic mindset while also being hands-on, with interest in projects that have direct impact on healthcare.
