About the role
- Ensure applications, services and integrations are continuously monitored
- Ensure the Client and their end users always have digital services available and performing well
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of or experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure or GCP
- Hands-on experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
- Practical experience designing and managing infrastructure to collect, process, enrich and route telemetry data (Logs, Metrics, Traces)
- Hands-on experience architecting, implementing, operating and using the Grafana Stack observability platform
- Practical experience integrating the Grafana Stack with a hybrid multicloud environment
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar (preferred)
