About the role
- Define and prioritize functional requirements for railway logistics systems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and align business needs.
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet user requirements and deliver business value.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams, ensuring a clear, shared understanding of project objectives.
- Monitor project execution, tracking deadlines, resources and expected outcomes.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner in businesses and technologies applied to railway logistics, with a strong understanding of the sector's needs and challenges.
- Solid knowledge of the specific characteristics and challenges of rail transportation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proactive and efficient problem-solving skills.
- Experience in port operations projects is desirable.
- Certification in product management or related fields is desirable.
- Experience with project and backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
