About the role
- Work on backend development using .NET.
- Implement customizations and improvements to Internet banking.
- Support frontend development with knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Assist with incident handling and categorization.
- Open and drive problem investigations with the responsible teams.
- Create and follow up on change requests (changes).
- Provide user support for changes resulting from new developments.
- Route tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Knowledge of .NET development (backend focus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and ease of interaction with users and teams.
- Proactivity in supporting and directing requests.
- Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Previous experience with banking environments or financial systems.
- Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for two consecutive years
