About the role
- Provide strategic oversight and execution of the organization’s programs
- Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of programming
- Ensure meaningful and measurable impact aligning with Keystone’s mission
- Partner with Senior Leadership in organizational strategy, community needs, and outcomes
- Establish frameworks for community engagement
- Set expectations and systems for program evaluation and continuous quality improvement
- Provide oversight of annual program budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure case management services meet all regulatory requirements
- Provide executive oversight of youth service programs and basic needs programs
- Create an inclusive environment for volunteers
Requirements
- Masters of Social Work (MSW)
- 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a nonprofit, healthcare, or human services settings
- Experience overseeing a multi-program human/social services organization
- Case Management program oversight experience
- Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios
- Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
