About the role

  • Provide strategic oversight and execution of the organization’s programs
  • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of programming
  • Ensure meaningful and measurable impact aligning with Keystone’s mission
  • Partner with Senior Leadership in organizational strategy, community needs, and outcomes
  • Establish frameworks for community engagement
  • Set expectations and systems for program evaluation and continuous quality improvement
  • Provide oversight of annual program budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Ensure case management services meet all regulatory requirements
  • Provide executive oversight of youth service programs and basic needs programs
  • Create an inclusive environment for volunteers

Requirements

  • Masters of Social Work (MSW)
  • 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a nonprofit, healthcare, or human services settings
  • Experience overseeing a multi-program human/social services organization
  • Case Management program oversight experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios
  • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
