About the role
- A Mobile Services Program Manager provides management of mobile distribution services (Foodmobile, Grocery Delivery and community food distributions) within the Basic Needs program.
- Supervises direct service staff and assists with program services as needed.
- Oversees program operations, maintains program records and dataset, creates and expands opportunities for community engagement and maintains relationships with community partners.
- This position may require working an occasional Wednesday Evening shift from 10am - 6:30pm for Community Food Center service coverage.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
- Three years of experience in a progressive position increasing responsibility.
- A valid MN Driver’s License and current insurance.
- MN DOT medical card or and Food Manager Certification (Candidate hired may also obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Experience interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with community partners in gathering community resources.
- Previous database management experience.
