About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of matchday and event activations
  • Organize logistics and materials—from setup to teardown, including branding and giveaways
  • Maintain guest lists, manage invitations, and communicate with partners and guests
  • Provide onsite support on matchdays as a point of contact for partners and the community
  • Create checklists and schedules
  • Follow up with brief reports, key learnings, and photo documentation
  • Respond to messages via social media, email, and other channels
  • Forward inquiries to the appropriate contacts within the club
  • Support the development and maintenance of fan and partner relationships
  • Conduct research, social listening, and data maintenance
  • Monitor relevant social media channels, trends, and best practices in women’s football, sports, and entertainment
  • Research partners, initiatives, projects, and community formats
  • Gather fan insights through comments, surveys, and feedback
  • Maintain overviews, lists, and databases
  • Organize materials, reports, and learnings in a structured manner
  • Contribute to communications and maintain the media distribution list, including blog posts and media releases
  • Contribute to social media posts and the public appearances of key individuals
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of selected appointments and appearances
  • Maintain a simple overview of content and appointments
  • Coordinate closely with the Communications and Community team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences; your field of study is not decisive (e.g., communications, media, sports, business, or social sciences)
  • You have strong organizational skills and enjoy implementing tasks in a structured way from start to finish
  • You are proficient in social media; initial practical experience with Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn is a plus
  • You have a basic editorial understanding: language matters to you, and you can formulate content for specific target audiences
  • You are open, communicative, and genuinely enjoy engaging with people—from fans and partners to the team and staff
  • You enjoy live situations such as matchdays, events, and activations, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • You handle confidential information responsibly and work with a high degree of care
  • You are interested in topics such as personal branding and leadership communications in sports
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good English skills are a plus
