About the role

  • Engage with clients exclusively sourced through FazWaz's robust platform or via professional referrals, eliminating the need for independent prospecting in the Real Estate industry, with a focus on Sales & Leasing.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with potential buyers, providing expert guidance throughout the property acquisition process, specialising in Land & Property and Real Estate Development, while supporting clients with Property Management, Negotiation, and Lease Agreement / Contracts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, offering your insight and services for the sale or rental of their properties, leveraging your expertise in Sales & Leasing, Land & Property, Property Management, and Negotiation to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Utilize our bespoke digital and mobile solutions to stay abreast of Market Research, track market trends, and efficiently manage Project Management tasks, including handling transactions and client portfolios across the Real Estate sector.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in real estate or another industry with a strong interest in shifting into the property sector.
  • Proven ability to hit targets and deliver great service to clients.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and close deals.
