About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive brand awareness and generate new customers through community partnerships and local events.
Engage directly with potential customers in the community, educating them on the value of Favor's on-demand delivery services.
Execute energetic community marketing activations, pop-up events, and targeted customer acquisition campaigns.
Maintain a standard Monday–Friday schedule, with the regular flexibility to work weekends to support community events.
Act as the enthusiastic face of the brand, proactively approaching potential customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification and/or work experience
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and remain on your feet for extended periods
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate via phone and email and experience creating and facilitating presentations. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Ability to build lasting relationships
