About the role
- Define and drive vision and strategy for the menus and ordering experience across multiple product lines.
- Develop detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key results, focusing on next-in-line priorities 6-12 months out.
- Manage the product development lifecycle process for menu experience and menu management.
- Leverage design thinking and lean principles to deliver as much value and learning as quickly as possible.
- Prioritize and manage the squad's product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of impactful product features and projects.
- Partner with cross-functional leads across multiple business units to drive key outcomes for the business.
- Integrate business analytics and financial insights into product strategy.
- Design experiments that allow understanding of outcomes and iteration quickly.
- Provide mentorship to product managers, leading by example.
Requirements
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Seasoned product manager with a large portfolio of product deliveries, including those of increased complexity and strategic value.
- Deep understanding of UX research and knowledge about users.
- Ability to contribute to the shaping of user research initiatives through partnership with UX researchers and drive some research efforts with guidance from UX research.
