About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage budgets efficiently to achieve lead-generation goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC & paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Experience in the home improvement or local lead-gen space is a plus.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Nextdoor, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Landing page optimization experience
