Manage budgets efficiently to achieve lead-generation goals.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments.
Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience managing PPC & paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Experience in the home improvement or local lead-gen space is a plus.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Nextdoor, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
Landing page optimization experience
