About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and structuring initiatives for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and personalization of the e‑commerce experience through the management of A/B tests, personalized journeys, and segmented campaigns, working in an integrated manner with the business, product, and technology teams.
  • Participates in the prioritization and monitoring of initiatives within development pipelines, ensuring improvement of key performance indicators (conversion, revenue, and user experience) and generating behavior-based data insights to support decision-making and maximize results for the digital channel.
  • Define and manage the CRO roadmap: structure, prioritize, and track the backlog of conversion optimization initiatives, consolidating opportunities identified through data analysis, user behavior, and business needs, in partnership with Product, Technology, and E‑commerce teams.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments: develop optimization hypotheses, define success metrics, monitor test execution, and interpret results using statistical criteria, converting learnings into actions to increase conversion.
  • Develop digital personalization strategies: create and evolve personalized journeys by customer profile and behavior, implementing campaigns, storefronts, recommendations, badges, coupons, cashback, and other mechanics using platforms such as Insider, VWO, or similar.
  • Analyze customer behavior and identify optimization opportunities: monitor the user journey on App, Mobile Web, and Desktop, identifying bottlenecks, drop-off points, and improvement opportunities that drive conversion and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead CRO initiatives alongside Product and Technology teams: translate opportunities into functional requirements, follow solution development, validate deliveries in QA environments, and ensure correct implementation of improvements before release.
  • Monitor performance and conversion metrics: track KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, average order value, engagement, and personalization performance, proposing continuous actions to maximize e‑commerce results.
  • Document experiments and share learnings: consolidate hypotheses, results, and insights obtained from tests in a structured repository, promoting continuous evolution of the CRO strategy and supporting future decision-making.
  • Support decision-making through strategic analyses: turn behavioral, navigation, and conversion data into actionable recommendations, identifying opportunities by channel, device, and stage of the customer journey to drive business results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), conversion optimization, and experimentation in e‑commerce.
  • Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate tests.
  • Experience with personalization and experimentation platforms such as Insider, VWO, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and user behavior analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce metrics, conversion funnel, user experience (UX), and customer journey concepts.
  • Experience defining and tracking digital performance indicators.
  • Analytical, data-driven profile with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
