About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for structuring, governing, and ensuring the quality of digital measurement for the e-commerce channel by managing analytics tools, tracking architecture, and the data environment, working in close collaboration with business, product, and technology teams.
- Oversee data collection governance across all platforms (App, Mobile Web, and Desktop), ensure data reliability, and produce dashboards and analyses that support decision-making and maximize digital channel results.
- Structure and ensure e-commerce data capture: implement and evolve the digital measurement architecture, ensuring correct event tracking at all touchpoints (App, Mobile Web, and Desktop) using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (Web and Server-Side), SDKs, and tracking pixels.
- Ensure data quality and governance: monitor the consistency, integrity, and reliability of collected data, perform tracking audits, validate the Data Layer, and guarantee standardization of implementations and digital measurement.
- Manage tracking architecture and consent management: handle the implementation and maintenance of tags, variables, and triggers in Google Tag Manager, administer the Server-Side environment hosted on Cloud Run, and ensure correct application of consent policies via OneTrust.
- Analyze the e-commerce journey and conversion funnel: develop analyses of user behavior across the purchase journey, identify optimization opportunities, conversion bottlenecks, and performance differences between App, Mobile Web, and Desktop.
- Manage the data environment and reporting: administer data integration and availability in BigQuery, develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, and ensure the reliability of information used by business teams to monitor KPIs.
- Monitor digital performance metrics: track KPIs related to site and app performance such as sessions, conversion, revenue, load time, Web Vitals, and app stability (Crash Rate), proposing continuous improvements in measurement and user experience.
- Perform tracking and integration troubleshooting: investigate inconsistencies and data discrepancies between platforms and partners, validate implementations using diagnostic tools such as Preview, DebugView, and Network, and conduct root-cause analyses to resolve identified issues.
- Support data-driven decision making: produce strategic analyses and consolidate performance metrics with an integrated cross-device and cross-channel view, delivering insights that support decision-making and drive business results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (Web and Server-Side).
- Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery (GCP).
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Understanding of tracking architecture, the Data Layer, and data governance.
- Familiarity with AI tools is considered a plus.
