About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for analyzing, structuring, and optimizing e-commerce performance through management of the conversion funnel, identification of opportunities, and implementation of continuous improvements (CRO), working in an integrated manner with business, product, and technology teams.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and tracking initiatives with development streams, ensuring the improvement of key performance indicators (conversion, revenue, user experience, and loading performance), as well as generating data-driven insights to support decision-making and maximize results for the digital channel.
  • Structure and ensure e-commerce data collection across all devices: Through the implementation and governance of measurement tools (GA4, GTM, SDKs, and pixels), ensuring correct event capture in the app, mobile web, and desktop, considering the particularities of each platform.
  • Monitor and validate the quality of collected data: Tracking consistency and integrity of information across platforms (app, mobile, and desktop), performing tracking audits, and ensuring standardized measurement.
  • Analyze the e-commerce conversion funnel by device: Through structured reading of navigation and purchase data in the app, mobile web, and desktop, identifying behavioral differences, device-specific bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Generate insights for conversion optimization (CRO): Based on analysis of user behavior across different devices, proposing device- and journey-specific hypotheses (app vs mobile web vs desktop) to improve conversion.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and personalizations: Using tools like Insider, GTM, or similar, structuring experiments segmented by device and ensuring proper interpretation of results.
  • Prioritize and follow up on initiatives with the development pipeline: Organizing the backlog of improvements considering impact per platform (app, mobile web, and desktop), and tracking deliveries with technology and product teams.
  • Monitor site and app performance indicators: Tracking device-level KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, loading time, crash rate (app), and engagement, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Support business decision-making: Consolidating cross-device analyses, translating data into actionable insights, and highlighting impacts by channel/device.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce planning with a focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Knowledge of SQL, GA4, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and data structuring.
  • Experience with performance indicators and customer journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of the VTEX platform is a plus.
