About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a leading figure in building and evolving Fast Shop's e-commerce data strategy, consolidating multiple information sources, producing actionable analyses, and supporting business decision-making.
Consolidate and structure data from various sources (Databricks, databases and SharePoint), creating a single, reliable source of truth.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and governance.
Build dashboards and management reports in Power BI to support monitoring of strategic KPIs.
Perform performance analyses for sales, inventory, pricing and campaigns, generating business insights.
Evaluate and integrate new external data sources with the data engineering team.
Monitor and analyze partner results (media, sellers and new channels), identifying opportunities for improvement.
Automate routines and analyses using Python to increase operational efficiency.
Serve as an interface between business areas (planning, commercial, pricing) and data, translating needs into analytical solutions.
Produce strategic analyses and benchmarking studies to support leadership decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related fields.
Experience with data analysis in e-commerce, marketplaces or performance marketing.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI.
Experience manipulating data and building reports.
Experience analyzing business metrics (sales, GMV, conversion, etc.).
Knowledge of Python and data automation (desirable).
Experience with Databricks or cloud data environments (desirable).
Experience with A/B testing and predictive analytics (desirable).
Experience curating and integrating multiple data sources (desirable).
Intermediate English (desirable).
