About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve and develop our portfolio of reseller clients, focusing on selling products from Fast Shop’s inventory and introducing new categories.
  • The professional will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery and payment, monitoring issue resolution and tracking product sell-out.
  • It is essential to build strong relationships with clients, maintaining a cadence of meetings and in-person visits, providing consultative and personalized service aimed at maximizing sales and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of the client’s potential and business model to identify and offer opportunities from Fast Shop’s portfolio.
  • Establish continuous dialogue to understand demands and develop new categories with clients.
  • Lead in-person and remote sales meetings and present offers and opportunities, highlighting benefits for the client’s business.
  • Monitor all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, delivery and payment, ensuring each phase is executed efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage the client portfolio, ensuring regular and proactive service; analyze sales performance and propose improvement strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma required and/or currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably selling technology products and services.
  • Experience selling to retail and marketplace sellers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Availability to travel.
