About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically manage the IT product portfolio (tablets and laptops), leading commercial decisions, supplier negotiations and market analyses, with a focus on maximizing results, driving innovation and aligning with consumer needs.
- Define and execute assortment, pricing and category positioning strategies.
- Manage the product lifecycle (launches, maintenance and discontinuation).
- Lead negotiations with domestic and international suppliers (price, volume, marketing funds and commercial terms).
- Analyze performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory turnover, stock coverage).
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior in the technology segment.
- Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial and E‑commerce.
- Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
- Ensure competitiveness relative to the market and key competitors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Solid experience in Product Management, preferably in retail or the technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT and/or consumer electronics categories.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing P&L.
- Analytical profile with strong command of commercial KPIs.
- Advanced Excel (or data analysis tools).
- Experience with commercial planning and assortment definition.
- Desired: Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field.
- Knowledge of omnichannel channels (brick-and-mortar + e‑commerce).
- Advanced English for negotiating with international suppliers.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
