About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage lead times in Transportation and ensure that all freight and delivery options offered by the company are provided as expected (lead time, freight, delivery schedule and dispatch).
- Deadline management is a critical function to ensure that what was agreed at the time of negotiation (freight or lead time) is executed according to the expectations and agreements of all channels and related areas.
- Comply with SLAs agreed with Carriers, Distribution Center (CD), Sales Channels and Management, by setting parameters both in GAN and in Vtex and Mini Shipping.
- Support transportation studies by mapping processes, defining scopes and calculating savings for studies related to the planning, development, analysis and optimization of transport logistics systems.
- Prepare change data bases. Create the necessary Excel files to implement requested adjustments.
- Update parameters. Enter system-level inputs in GAN, Vtex and Mini Shipping, ensuring they match the requested settings.
- Respond to store requests.
- Identify and address incidents that affect lead times.
- Assess causes of recurring delays.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education.
- MS Office — Proficient.
- Knowledge of GAN (advantage).
- Experience in Transportation (advantage).
