About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and executing strategic outreach.
- Focused on inbound and outbound prospecting of corporate clients nationwide, aiming to ensure a predictable and sustainable pipeline of qualified leads.
- Define and structure the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying characteristics, warning signs, and client challenges to analyze revenue data and probability of closing.
- Build and update lists of new and inactive B2B customers, segmenting based on the ICP and using data enrichment tools and criteria such as industry, region, company size, and job titles.
- Run outbound email campaigns, creating personalized, clear, and concise messages optimized for mobile devices, and monitor response rates.
- Conduct discovery calls with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, handle objections, and define next steps.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of opportunities to the Account Executive team based on qualification criteria such as decision-making authority and level of interest.
- Contribute to the onboarding and development of new SDRs by coaching best commercial practices and operational procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
- Qualifications: Experience in pre-sales or as an SDR.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with common computer tools (MS Office) and social media platforms.
