About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and verify candidate documentation
- Contact candidates to request outstanding/missing documents
- Schedule pre-employment medical exams
- Assist with creating IT tickets and supporting the hiring/onboarding process
- Update departmental controls and spreadsheets
- Support the Recruitment and Selection team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments, especially in retail
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude when assisting customers
- No prior experience as a Young Apprentice (Jovem Aprendiz) in other companies
- Age between 14 and 23 years
- Availability for a 6-hour workday
