About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supporting the commercial and operational initiatives of the B2B channel, working with suppliers, distributors and internal teams to ensure execution of negotiations, offer structuring and monitoring of sales and intermediation results.
- Lead initiatives and negotiations with distributors, gathering information, preparing proposals and following up on discussions.
- Manage channel intermediation sales and negotiations, ensuring execution of actions agreed with partners.
- Support the B2B Business Manager with operational tasks, contributing analyses, reports and routine activities for the area.
- Structure commercial offers by consolidating product information, pricing and commercial terms.
- Work with the web/site channel in negotiations involving B2C product lines, facilitating communication between internal teams and suppliers.
- Participate in results presentations and weekly B2B Business area meetings, monitoring KPIs and assisting in the preparation of materials for alignment with commercial and supply teams.
- Develop business plans (BPs) for new suppliers, creating action plans for implementation and sales acceleration of new products and manufacturers.
- Request and track product transfers with the business and supply teams, ensuring proper progress of requests.
- Create price calculators and studies of optimal commercial terms, in partnership with the Pricing team, providing support to sales teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
- Negotiation with suppliers and distributors: experience in commercial negotiations, aligning terms and building relationships with partners and distributors.
- Commercial KPI analysis: monitoring and interpreting sales, margin, performance and commercial results indicators.
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint): proficiency in analyses, reporting, data consolidation and executive presentations.
- CRM and commercial management tools: experience using systems to track customers, opportunities and commercial routines.
- Technology products: knowledge of product lines, manufacturers and market trends in the technology segment.
- Rebate control and pricing: experience with price setting, profitability analyses and monitoring of commercial terms.
