About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing and executing customer relationship strategies that drive customer growth and retention in the digital environment, with a special focus on the e-commerce channel.
- Work strategically on omnichannel campaigns (integrating email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp), using data for effective segmentation, personalization and automation.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business objectives, optimizing the customer lifecycle and maximizing performance indicators.
- Plan, create and implement omnichannel CRM strategies, ensuring integration between digital and offline channels and alignment with campaign calendars and conversion and retention goals.
- Develop automated and segmented relationship journeys focused on acquisition, engagement, retention and re-engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Define and monitor strategic performance metrics (KPIs) such as open rate, click-through rate (CTR), conversion, churn, LTV and campaign ROI, translating these data into insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Define advanced customer base segmentations, including behavioral clusters and lifecycle segments, to enable more personalized and effective communications.
- Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests and continuous improvement cycles.
- Collaborate with business teams — such as Product, Digital Marketing, Data and E-commerce — to ensure CRM actions are cohesive with commercial strategies, expected results and market priorities.
- Contribute to the definition of operational best practices and data governance, ensuring quality, consistency and integrity of the databases used in campaigns.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in CRM, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience or related areas are desirable.
- Experience with automation and CRM platforms (Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, RD Station, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the customer journey, base segmentation, triggers and lifecycle.
- Knowledge of metrics such as engagement, conversion, LTV, churn and campaign ROI.
- Growth mindset and experience with A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects and influence business decisions.
- SQL skills for data handling and familiarity with Databricks are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology tools and agile methodologies is desirable to facilitate integration with technical teams and speed of delivery.
