About the role

  • Serve as a key support pillar in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational information, essential for efficient management and strategic decision‑making for the Stores channel.
  • Actively contribute to performance analysis, cost optimization, and the sustainability of investments, ensuring that data serve as a valuable input for business growth and profitability.
  • Management Reporting: Develop reports (Excel and Power BI) and prepare presentations with clear, objective information, translating financial and operational data into insights that facilitate understanding of store performance.
  • Operational support for store lease contract negotiations with shopping centers: Prepare support materials for lease renewal negotiations, providing essential financial inputs for informed decision‑making.
  • Financial Viability Analysis: Prepare preliminary economic feasibility analyses for small store improvement projects and lease proposals, assessing the impact on operating results and the potential return on investment.
  • Budget Planning Support: Provide active support in building and monitoring the revenue and expense budget for the Stores operations directorate, consolidating data in spreadsheets and systems, and assisting with financial scenario projections.
  • Fixed and Variable Expenses: Monitor the execution of cost‑reduction measures (follow‑up on the Action Plan): Verify implementation of expense reduction measures with partner areas and compile result reports for Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Experience in finance, planning, and data intelligence, with a focus on financial planning and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, SQL, and databases.
