About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with hiring managers across one or more verticals to craft job postings and devise recruitment strategies
  • Influence Hiring teams to monitor and improve candidate experience
  • Source and engage passive candidates
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job creation through the candidate’s start date
  • Strategize creative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine position + value add
  • Manage interview logistics and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
  • Drive offer negotiations & process in partnership with hiring managers and Compensation team
  • Recommend improvements to sourcing, process and candidate outreach
  • Participate in operational and TA related projects
  • Support company Inclusion & Diversity efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years progressive technical recruiting experience in a highly technical, engineering organization
  • Experience hiring for multiple highly specialized, very senior, and niche positions simultaneously
  • Ability to proactively source + attract passive talent in the industry through multiple methods and channels
  • Demonstrated expertise at partnering cross-functionally with senior leadership
  • Flexibility to support multiple functions within our Tech teams
  • Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for both technical and team fit
  • A commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams where collaboration and respect are just as important as technical ability
  • Extensive tech industry knowledge with ability to identify target companies, conferences and other sources for top industry-related talent
  • Strong track record of monitoring their metrics and delivering against targets
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions & work within structured hiring processes
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • An autonomous, self-starter who demonstrates continuous learning and ambiguity tolerance.
