About the role

  • Drive customer requirements, synthesize product roadmaps, and deliver capabilities across Fastly’s platforms and partner integrations
  • Lead billing and pricing system improvements to support model iterations and reduce complexity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business systems, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
  • Act as a diplomat and problem-solver to ensure alignment and progress across conflicting priorities and perspectives
  • Drive long-term internal tooling initiatives, including internal system enhancements to accelerate sales and proofs of concept, account manager dashboards with risk signals and customer insights, and internal enablement systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Work closely with data and measurement teams to deliver dashboards and reporting that drive informed decision-making
  • Maintain high internal visibility by translating complex needs into actionable product roadmaps that serve multiple teams
  • Impact Fastly’s strategic initiatives, customer satisfaction, and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in cloud and/or B2B businesses
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, or developer tools
  • Exposure to both UI and API-first product development and understanding of developer workflows related to pricing strategy
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire across teams
  • Available during core business hours
  • Preferred: understanding of building cloud services and applications in an enterprise environment
  • Preferred: strong sense for UX and interaction design, especially in developer-focused or infrastructure products
  • Preferred: familiarity with modern DevOps workflows, edge platforms, or distributed systems
