About the role
- Create compelling sales enablement content across formats, including videos, presentations, job aids, playbooks, and interactive learning materials.
- Edit high-quality training and product videos to support onboarding, product launches, and ongoing sales initiatives.
- Translate complex product messaging and sales processes into clear, engaging, seller-ready content.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update enablement assets to reflect evolving messaging, product updates, and go-to-market priorities.
- Ensure all materials are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and easy for sellers to consume and apply in customer conversations.
- Organize and manage content within Highspot, ensuring discoverability and version control.
- Gather feedback from sellers and managers to continuously improve content effectiveness and usability.
- Support content performance tracking by monitoring adoption and engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, instructional design, content creation, or a related GTM role.
- Proven experience scripting, producing, and editing video content (experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Camtasia, or similar).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with strong visual communication skills and an eye for design.
- Experience creating sales-facing content such as decks, playbooks, product guides, or training materials.
- Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot (preferred), Seismic, Mindtickle, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
